REBUILD+ is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and health/wellness company in NEEDHAM, MA that highly values quality care and obtaining real results for patients and clients. We take pride in our ability to apply evidence based practice through plans of care that generate measurable results.

Owner/founder Joseph Gilchrest, PT, DPT dreamed of creating a hybrid physical therapy model that provides access to in-network and out-of-network insurance benefits to remove limitations of access to the highest quality care.

We believe that health and wellness practice do not start when injuries occur. Instead, we believe in developing a community that values a proactive approach to build and maintain a lifetime of healthy living.
